The purpose and mission of this organization is to regulate the relations between the private sector and the government in the field of information and communication technology and to participate effectively in organizing computer business affairs.Saman Samaneh Government Organization has been active in the form of the Association of Informatics Companies since 1994 before 2005. To date, Saman Saman government organization has been formed in 29 provinces of the country.
At present, Saman Saman government organization has a decisive role and position as the guardian of the interests of the private sector, as an advisory arm of the government and governance at the macro level and policy maker in the field of information and communication technology. The continuous and close relationship of the managers of this organization on the one hand with private activists in the field of computer and on the other hand with the government body in recent years has caused, while updating ICT laws, the private sector can solve its business problems and make government decisions. Who are the members of the organization?
According to the law of the parliament and the decree of the cabinet, all natural and legal persons active in the field of information and communication technology, including companies, stores, consultants and experts in this field, must be members of Saman Saman government organization. At present, Saman Samaneh Government Organization has 4600 real and legal members in Tehran province alone. According to the latest statistics, the total number of members of the Computer Guild Organization in all provinces is estimated at 15,000.
About the structure of Saman government organizationEach of the provincial systems of the Saman Model Government Organization, every three years, based on the principles of democracy, by holding assemblies and elections, forms a board of directors consisting of 6 to 26 people and begins its union activities. With the formation of the provincial board of directors, the elections of the Central Council will be held among all the provinces, so that finally three of the elected members of the union from all over the country will be introduced to the president to take the chairmanship of the organization.
