1- Sending the establishment application
2- Providing documents based on the applicants' employment and employment in the relevant profession or industry
3- Posting the establishment announcement in one of the newspapers
4- Preparing the draft articles of association in accordance with the regulations
5 - Inviting and holding a general assembly
6- Presenting documents and registering a trade union
7- Posting advertisements for holding elections and registering the trade union association in the widely circulated newspaper and the official newspaper of the country

Sending an application form for establishing and following the registration process of the trade union association according to the field of activity (city, city or province) in the General Department of Labor and Social Affairs of the relevant province and if the field of activity of the trade union is more than one province, in the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Welfare Social, is the general administration of labor and employers' organizations.
