• The presence of the representative of the organization in the tax dispute resolution councils in order to follow up the problems of the members
• The presence of the representative of the organization in the complaints review board of the law on holding tenders in order to realize the rights of the member companies of the organization
• Providing free legal advice in the field of information and communication technology to members
• Providing group health insurance, life, accident and family insurance services based on the contract with the agency
• Receive and follow up the problems of union members in connection with the Tax Affairs Organization and the Social Security Organization and provide advice in this regard
• Provide expert opinions in interaction with Dispute Resolution Councils and the Special Court for Computer Crimes
• Follow up the problems of the union members in the field of the ranking system of the High Informatics Council
• Priority in handling complaints and problems of members in the primary disciplinary council and reviewing all violations in the field of information and communication technology
• Providing social security insurance consulting services in all related fields (Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm)
• Providing financial facilities and issuing guarantees for participation in tenders to the members of the organization through the Fund for Support of Research and Development of Electronic Industries
• Providing IN (smart grid) services to members of the organization
• Providing tariffs for expert services in order to organize and monitor the business of the member companies of the organization
• Holding the annual qualification exam for information and communication technology consultants
• Interacting with the Places Authority and presenting a letter to prevent the closure of the member companies of the organization
• Interacting with regional municipalities and submitting letters of recommendation for using residential neighborhoods as corporate offices
