Duties

• Comprehensive and comprehensive development of application systems required by the device and reviewing the needs and requests received from other units and providing the necessary services in this field
• Organizing, supporting and updating office automation systems and other public and private systems and their integration
• Planning, directing and monitoring IT activities in headquarters units as well as technical support in the field of computers, office automation network and other systems related to information and communication technology
• Supply and development of electronic services in order to provide it to the people without face-to-face consultation and in the shortest possible time in the form of e-government plan
• Implementation of the electronic archive plan of the organization's documents
• Planning to equip, support, maintain and optimally use the hardware and software required by different organizational departments in coordination with the relevant ministry
