Deputy for Management and Resources Development

  • Investigating and recognizing the shortcomings and problems of the executive organs of the province in the field of management development and human capital.
  • Directing and supervising the implementation of programs and plans for the transformation of administrative reforms, development of information technology and e-government, administrative modernization and approvals of the Supreme Administrative Council in the executive bodies.
  • Leading and supervising the implementation of human resource development programs in the executive organs of the province in the fields of manpower statistics and planning and manpower recruitment, training, development and quality improvement of employees and evaluating their performance.
  • Implement management performance evaluation programs in the executive organs of the province, analyze their performance and provide corrective suggestions in the field of management and methods of work based on the results of evaluation and selection of superior organs, managers and employees.
  • Performing the duties of the Secretariats of the Administrative Transformation Planning Headquarters.
  • Supervise the implementation of the approved organizations of the executive bodies and review and approve the changes and organizational reforms of the provincial bodies within the framework of the delegated powers.
