Deputy of Planning

  • Coordination and management of the provincial planning system within the framework of the country's planning system.
  • Review, preparation and formulation of long-term, medium-term and short-term economic, social and cultural development plans of Saman Saman government organization.
  • Preparation and compilation of land management plan within the framework of national land management criteria in accordance with the capacities and geographical facilities of the province
  • Review, prepare and formulate programs and executive policies for employment and investment affairs

  • Duties of the Department of Organization and Public Relations
  • Planning for holding regular meetings of the head of the sample government organization and communicating the approvals and decisions taken to the relevant units or authorities.
  • Planning and organizing the presence of the head of the Saman Saman government organization in meetings, meetings, visits and missions in coordination and cooperation with other organizations and the organization's deputies.
  • Reviewing media news and information sites and extracting content related to the organization and sending it to the head of the organization and relevant departments.
  • Planning and implementing information programs and developing the organization's relations with internal and external audiences in order to receive and review the audience's opinions and describe the organization's activities and respond to the public mind.
  • Carrying out events and ceremonies in collaboration with administrative, financial and support management.
  • Carrying out the necessary coordination with the Department, Public Relations and International Affairs Department of the Center Management and Planning Organization.
  • Receiving, reviewing, handling and responding to complaints of individuals and legal entities from units and employees of the organization.
  • Establishing coordination and cooperation with the security center in performing matters related to the protection of information, documents, personnel and places of the organization, providing training services and justifying employees, reviewing qualifications and announcing opinions for appointment and tenure of people in sensitive jobs or sending abroad From the country, the issuance of ID cards and travel permits and other cases that are announced to the provinces by the security center
