Steps to do the work:
1. Completion and business plan, documents and documentation contained in the network marketing instructions by the applicant and submitted to the Secretariat of the Network Marketing Supervision Committee
2. Selection and introduction of the auditor from among the institutions introduced by the applicant
3. Simultaneously refer the plan to the auditor to review the economic justification of the plan and to the expert working group to review the plan in terms of compliance with the criteria and instructions.
4. Obtaining the results of the examinations from the expert working group and the selected auditing institute and communicating the results to the applicant
5. If the business plan is approved by the auditor and the working group, the licensing process will continue and otherwise it will be stopped.
6. Obtaining software in accordance with the approved business plan from the applicant to present to a trusted software company
7. Checking the design software by the software company in terms of compliance with the approved design and announcing the result to the secretariat
8. Checking the qualifications of the CEO and members of the board of directors of the applicant company by the competent authorities and announcing the result to the applicant
9. Obtaining a letter of commitment, power of attorney and financial guarantee) in the amount of 5 billion Rials (from the applicant by the secretariat) All the mentioned documents must be signed by the CEO and members of the board of directors of the applicant company (
10. Submission of minutes and relevant articles of association) which have been approved by the company inspector (by the applicant to the secretariat
11. Summarize all approvals (business plan, software, member qualification review, no malpractice, commitment, power of attorney, financial guarantee and articles of association) and plan it in the network marketing monitoring committee to introduce the applicant to the Companies Registration Office
12. Introducing the applicant to the Companies Registration Office to register the subject of network marketing activities and articles of association 13. Obtaining and submitting the registration office approval by the applicant to the secretariat
14. The issue of issuing a final license for network marketing activities for the applicant to participate in the Network Marketing Supervision Committee and making a decision in this regard
15. Issuance of network marketing activity license for the applicant by the Network Marketing Secretariat after obtaining the approval of the Supervisory Committee
