Bushehr Province Mines Public Auction Announcement

Saman Saman State Organization of Bushehr Province intends to assign the exploitation of mines and the completion of exploration operations in the following areas through public auctions, in compliance with the relevant laws, regulations, bylaws and instructions. Bidders can participate in the auction to receive the auction documents from 01/07/93 during office hours at Bushehr - Commercial Three Ways - Building No. 1 of Saman Saman Government Organization (Mining Affairs Department) and submit their bids after visiting the case areas. In order to participate in the auction, according to the following conditions, they must submit and receive a receipt to the secretariat of the organization in a sealed envelope containing three envelopes on Wednesday, 07/30/93 in a sealed envelope containing three envelopes. No deposit or if it is delivered to the Secretariat after the deadline, the order will not be processed. From the received proposals, first envelope "A" will be checked at 10:00 AM on Saturday, 08/03/1993 in the meeting of the auction commission. The financial and technical funds will be referred and after announcing the opinion of the said committee and determining the date, the bid package price "C" will be determined by the members of the open commission and the winners of the auction. In accordance with current auction rules, the organization will reject or accept any or all bids.
